It will only be delivered to your inbox if there is not a match. If you have say a test email account for something like hotmail. I would urge you to test an email from hotmail to your lotus notes email account. Then try to block the sender.

After you have blocked the sender and can confirm the email is in the list of blocked senders -- try to send another email from hotmail to your lotus notes email account.

What is the result?
